Episode 9: The Interview, Part I

The OMB Podcast lives: nearly a year after the last episode, "In Living Color," the OMB podcast is back on the map with this newest installment. This interview with the man took place in early 2007. We learn of Mr. Bendzick's opinions on manhood, marriage, women, and society.
This release is not just for the comedic value, but also for the actual truths spoken by Mr. Bendzick - he makes a lot of great points in this interview, and comes across as quite intelligent. So instead of laughing away at this, it could be beneficial to listen to the interview for its content. There are, of course, some really funny moments, but also serious points being made. Wherever you are, Mr. Bendzick, you couldn't keep the Latin class on topic, but you certainly knew a lot and wanted to pass this knowledge down to your students. Very well then. Here we go with Part I.
Enjoy.

Episode 11: The Interview, Part II

This episode is the second part of the interview conducted by Mike and Larry with Mr. Bendzick for Larry's masulinity project for his FSP class. The interview occured in January of 2007 at the Friendy's in Montgomery.
During this part of the interview, Mr. Bendzick talks about his divorce ("ten years of living hell") and how several of his ancestors were in the Civil War. I have no idea how he gets onto these tangents, since none of what he says actually answers any of the questions Mike and Larry ask him during this segment. Sit back and listen - and watch the artwork, as it will change throughout the episode. Enjoy!

Episode 12: The Interview, Part III

This episode features the third installment of the Interview with Mr. Bendzick conducted in January of 2007 in the Friendly's in Montgomery. In this episode, Mr. Bendzick discusses his thoughts on the Puritanical society in which we live, and how he used to play basketball, championship tennis, and football. This episode exemplifies clearly how this interview would have been useless for Larry's project, since Mr. Bendzick NEVER actually answers any of the questions.

Enjoy.
